Frederick Lockhart is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in network architecture and systems administration. Currently serving as a Network Architect/Systems Administrator at Center Information Services since August 2001, Frederick is responsible for the design and implementation of a multi-agency network comprising over 50 sites. Previous roles include Help Desk Manager and Owner/President of Highlander Enterprises, where Frederick managed technical staff and maintained Novell Netware and Windows NT networks. Earlier experiences include support technician positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Unitech Computer Support, as well as serving as a Telecommunications Engineer with the United States Air Force. Frederick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Clarkson University.
