Jeffrey Au earned a BSBA degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ohio Northern University, where they attended from 1972 to 1976. Jeffrey later pursued an MBA degree at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business between 2003 and 2006. Prior to their university education, Jeffrey attended Ontario High School.
