Erica Sweet has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Erica began their career as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Sonic Innovations Inc. in 2001. Erica then moved on to become a Patient Access Service Rep at Fariview Healthcare System in 2010. In 2011, they returned to Sonic Innovations Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative. In 2014, they joined Siteimprove as a Senior Account Executive, where they were responsible for communicating the best quality product and service at the best value for the customer, negotiating price, delivery, and warranty terms, developing and maintaining a profitable customer pipeline, and accurately tracking sales activities and processes. In 2021, they became a Customer Success Manager at Optimizely, and in 2022 they are currently an Account Manager at Center (getcenter.com).
Erica Sweet attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching.
