Prior to joining Centerbridge, Natalie was a Managing Director & Global Head of HR Business Partners at Blackrock, Inc. Prior to Blackrock, she was a Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Cerberus Capital Management. Prior to that, Natalie was a Recruiting Director at Merrill Lynch. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Natalie was a Vice President in the Technical Support Group at UBS Financial Services.
