Tim Bair

Tim Bair has extensive work experience spanning over three decades in various human resources roles. Tim currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Centered Health, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at The Amarone Group as an Executive Recruiter and HR Consultant, where they focused on executive search and building client relationships. From 2017 to 2021, Tim was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Acuity Eye Group, leading its HR transformation and acquisition strategy. Tim also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Acuity Eye Group. Before that, Tim was the Head of Human Resources at Pacific Dental Services, overseeing a team of professionals and supporting a large number of dental offices. Tim has also worked at FileNet/IBM, DirecTV, Contour Aerospace Manufacturing, Los Angeles Cellular, Nationwide Insurance, and Ohio Power/AEP, handling various HR roles and responsibilities.

Tim Bair has a background in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from The Ohio State University. Tim also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management & Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they have a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from Almeda University. Furthermore, Tim has obtained a certification in Human Capital Strategy from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
