Jodi Taylor

Jodi started her career with GE Capital as an HR trainee, making her way up to Vice President. After brief stints in retail, Jodi held roles as Vice President of HR at Conagra Foods and then the Chief Human Resource Officer for a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), EnvisionRxOptions. Jodi joined the CARD team as Chief Human Resource Officer in 2019. Jodi has a BA in Business and Psychology from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and then earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York City..

In her free time, Jodi likes to travel, spend time outdoors by the water, or working out. She loves starting her day by power-walking with the sunrise and walking her mini Goldendoodle, Phil. Jodi’s passion for CARD is close to home as well, with her oldest daughter being diagnosed with autism and now attending a life skills program in college. Both of her daughters, aged 18 and 20, were adopted from China as babies and are now thriving in college programs.
