David Vranizan

David Vranizan has over 30 years of work experience in the real estate industry. David began their career in 1990 as an Estimator/Project Manager at E.M. Castillo Construction. In 1996, they moved to Bentall Kennedy as a Senior Property Manager. Two years later, they joined The Benaroya Company as Director of Operations, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they took on the role of Vice President of Leasing and Operation at Centeris Data Centers, which is owned by The Benaroya Company. At Centeris, they were responsible for leading the design and build of a state-of-the-art data center south of Seattle, offering customers 56,000 square feet of colocation space.

David Vranizan attended Central Washington University from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management.
