David Silva Mojica

David Silva Mojica, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. David started their career at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, Claim & Complaint Officer, and later as a Workforce Management Supervisor. In 2006, they joined MMM Holdings LLC, initially as an Operations Manager before moving on to become a Customer Service Director and eventually the AVP of the Coding Department. During their time at MMM Holdings LLC, they oversaw revenue projects, chart reviews, medical policies, and claims audits. In 2014, they joined Centerlight Health System as the Vice President of Health Plan Operations, where they managed various departments including the PACE Program, Clinical Operations, and Diagnostic Treatment Centers. David later served as the Chief Resource Provisioning Officer & SVP of Human Resources and eventually became the Chief Human Resources Officer overseeing HR functions such as benefits, employee relations, and recruitment. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in human resources and operations management.

David Silva Mojica, MBA has a well-rounded educational background in business administration and finance. David earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Business Administration from Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009.

In terms of certifications, David obtained the Certified Physician Practice Management (CPPM) credential from the AAPC - American Association of Professional Coders in September 2012. David further expanded their expertise by earning the Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) certification from the same institution in September 2013. Most recently, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from Cornell University in September 2020.

Additionally, prior to pursuing higher education, David had training in Business Administration at Benjamin Harrison School. David also obtained an AD degree in Management from Universidad de Puerto Rico, although specific dates for these experiences are not provided.
