Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Claremedica since June 2023, Roma previously held the position of Vice President of Value Based Care Operations. At HarmonyCares, Roma excelled as Vice President of Coding and Documentation. Notable contributions at Southwestern Health Resources included serving as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council Chair, along with directing and managing the risk adjustment program across various business lines.
