Ryan Matej has extensive experience in financial management and leadership within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium since October 2017, Ryan has also held positions including VP of Finance and Senior Director of Finance at SEARHC. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at UW Medicine as System Director of Budgeting and Planning from January 2017 to October 2017, and at Providence Health & Services from December 2007 to January 2017 in multiple finance-related roles, including Director of Strategic Financial Management and EIS Controller. Ryan's career began at UPS as Finance Manager from September 1999 to December 2007. Educationally, Ryan holds a B.S. in Nuclear Chemistry and Molecular Biology from UC Irvine, earned between 1994 and 1997.
