Leny Tirtasaputra has extensive work experience in finance and financial management roles. Beginning in 1998, Leny worked as a Billing Auditor at Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems. In 1999, they served as a Financial Auditor at Wright Investors' Service and then transitioned to the role of Senior Sales Analyst at Staples Communications. Leny joined Madge Networks as a Contract and Pricing Manager in 2000 before moving on to Healthfirst in 2001, where they held the position of Director of Budget and Planning. During their time at Healthfirst, Leny successfully reduced costs and headcount while increasing revenue. In 2013, they joined Horizon BCBSNJ as the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting for Government Programs. They achieved significant financial results, including ending 2017 with underwriting income $16M above target and turning the Dual Special Needs Program into a $7M profit during its first year. Leny then worked at VillageCare as the AVP of Financial Planning and Analysis, overseeing financial performance and reporting for a $700M Managed Long Term Care plan and post-acute facilities. From 2019 to 2021, Leny was the Director of GP Product Performance at EmblemHealth, managing $2.6B in Medicaid and Medicare financial performance. They successfully impacted the organization's profit and loss statement, ending 2019 with a $20M impact and 2020 with a $41M impact. Currently, Leny is serving as the Chief Financial Officer at CenterLight Health System, responsible for executing the organization's financial strategy and managing finance operations.
Leny Tirtasaputra completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, between 1991 and 1995, Leny Tirtasaputra obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Trisakti University.
