Michelle F.

Michelle F. began their work experience in 2007 as a Medical Scheduler at Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation. Michelle then moved on to AgeWell New York in 2013, where they held roles as an Enrollment Specialist and later as a Clinical Integration Specialist. In 2014, Michelle became a Business Development Manager at AgeWell New York and later transitioned to a Manager Business Development position. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Senior Manager in both Call Center and Enrollment Services, as well as Business Development (MLTC) at AgeWell New York. Most recently, Michelle joined CenterLight Health System in 2021 as the Assistant Director of Intake and Enrollment Ops.

Michelle F. has a strong educational background in the field of social work. In 1989, they attended Adelphi University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology, which they completed in 1995. Michelle then pursued further education at Adelphi University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from 2007 to 2010. Michelle later participated in a Postgraduate Certificate Program at Adelphi University in 2019, focusing on Social Work.
