John Hovnanian

John Hovnanian, MSLR, currently serves as the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Centerline, a provider of infrastructure services for next-generation networks in North America, a role assumed in May 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Interim CHRO at Ruff Roofers and holding significant HR leadership positions at Evenflo Company, Newell Brands, Intermedix, DHL Supply Chain, and DHL Global Forwarding, where responsibilities encompassed global HR strategy and talent management across diverse sectors. Notable achievements include recognition as a finalist for the American Business Awards Human Resources Executive of the Year and receiving the South Florida Business Journal's "Excellence in Human Resources" award. Hovnanian holds a Master's degree in Labor Relations/HR Management from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from SUNY New Paltz.
