Doug Shifflett

Doug Shifflett is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in talent management and data analytics. Currently serving as Global VP of Talent Management & Total Rewards at Hanesbrands Inc. since December 2020, Doug oversees HR strategy across various functions and geographies, focusing on talent acquisition, HR analytics, organizational effectiveness, and diversity initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Data at Red Ventures, Sr. Director of Visualization & Data Strategy at Chico's FAS, and Senior Director of Global People Analytics at Walmart, where Doug leveraged data to influence HR strategies and improve organizational performance. Doug holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
