Joe Thompson

Joe Thompson possesses extensive experience in management and leadership roles, currently serving as Duty Village Manager at Center Parcs UK, overseeing the operation of a holiday village with 1,200 staff and 400 acres year-round. Previous positions at Center Parcs include Assistant Guest Services Manager, responsible for a guest services team and managing guest care for thousands of visitors, and Sports & Activities Assistant Manager, where Joe coordinated numerous indoor and outdoor family activities. Earlier career experience includes serving as Head Counselor at Indian Head Camp, supervising campers and planning activities, and as a Physical Education Teacher at Toronto French School, where responsibilities included coaching and administration for various sports teams. Joe holds a Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science & Coaching from Sheffield Hallam University.
