Alicia Ottmann, PA-C, has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations and roles. Alicia most recently served as the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at CenterPlace Health, where they developed and implemented high-level initiatives to ensure organizational agility and responsiveness. Prior to this, they worked at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County as the AVP & Executive Director of FQHC and Pharmacy Services, overseeing governance, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations. Alicia also worked at Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) as the Director of Operations, where they provided operational oversight for multiple health centers and led a team of over 170 staff. Alicia has also held roles such as Physician Assistant Certified and Director of Advanced Practice at NOAH, where they were responsible for quality and compliance programs, as well as launching a psychiatric service line. Alicia's experience also includes serving as the Director of Practice Transformation at Innovation Care Partners, where they provided leadership in population health management programs and oversaw quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, they have served as a Guest Lecturer at Yale University School of Medicine and as Guest Faculty at Northern Arizona University. Prior to these roles, Alicia worked as a Postbaccalaureate Fellow at the National Cancer Institute.

Alicia Ottmann, PA-C obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a specialization in Molecular Genetics from William & Mary in 2012. Alicia then went on to complete their Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant studies at Midwestern University (AZ) from 2013 to 2015. Alicia also holds additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Healthcare Analytics and Improvement, Executive Leadership Academy for PA's, and Physician Assistant - Certified (PA-C). Alicia has also received training in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association, as well as certifications in DEA and Nexplanon.
