Jed Degnan

Jed Degnan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate investment and brokerage services. Currently serving as Vice President of Investments at CenterPoint Properties, Jed has been instrumental in acquiring and selling over 9M square feet of industrial real estate valued at over $600M. Prior to their current role, Jed held various positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Insignia/ESG, and CBRE. Jed is an alumnus of the University of Iowa.
