Carlos Falcón Saldaña

Carlos Falcón Saldaña is an experienced security and communications professional with a diverse background in protective services and training. Currently serving as a Shift Instructor Supervisor at Centerra Group since January 2024, Carlos has held multiple roles at Triple Canopy, including Protective Security Officer and Operations Manager, since December 2016. Carlos has also been involved in Executive Protection Services for the Department of State, certified as WPS II. In addition, Carlos has provided mentorship and training as an S6 Communications Mentor with OT Training Solutions since 2011. Previous roles include Management Specialist at SSS, LLC and G6 Communications Trainer/Mentor at Raytheon, among others. Carlos served in the US Army as a Special Forces Communication Sergeant, focusing on maritime operations and underwater military training. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Program Management from Saint Leo University, along with two degrees in Criminal Justice from the same institution.
