Ingrid Nickolaus, CCEP, serves as the Global Ethics, Compliance & Employee Relations Leader at Centersquare. Previously, Ingrid held multiple roles at NextEra Energy Resources, including Principal Ethics & Compliance Analyst and Senior Ethics & Compliance Analyst, as well as Principal Business Analyst in Renewable Energy. At Florida Power & Light Company, Ingrid was an Environmental/Business Leader and Senior Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Power Generation. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Advisor/Business Office Manager at Sheehan Realty Corporation and Human Resource Manager at Christenson-Elms Luxury Real Estate Auction Co. Ingrid earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Florida Atlantic University.
