Lamont Mayer Jr

Lamont Mayer Jr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Account Manager at New Life until 2013. From 2012 to 2017, Lamont served as a Training Coordinator at The Learning Tree, Inc. Lamont then took on the role of Jr. High Coach at Weaver High School from 2017 to 2018. Simultaneously, they worked as a PE Aide at Weaver Elementary School from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Lamont became the President of Operations at Culture Flip LLC, and a few months later, they joined Five Star Food Service, Inc. as a MicroMarket Merchandiser. At Five Star Food Service, Inc., they later transitioned to the role of Retail Team Lead before leaving in 2020. Lamont began their tenure as a Youth Pastor at Weaver Congregational Methodist Church in 2021. Currently, they work at CENTERS, LLC, where they started as a Marketing and Memberships Coordinator in 2021 and then became the Assistant Director of Membership, Marketing, & Special Events in 2022. In this role, they oversee staff and manages various responsibilities related to customer experience and marketing communications.

Lamont Mayer Jr completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Full Sail University, where they attended from 2015 to 2020. In addition to their degree, Lamont also obtained several certifications. In March 2019, they completed the "Premiere Pro CC 2019 Essential Training: The Basics" certification from Lynda.com. Lamont also completed the "Learning Personal Branding" certification from Lynda.com in January 2019, as well as the "Learning Personal Branding (2013)" certification during the same month and year.
