Jessica Ogbonnaya is a Partner at Centerview and has executed a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and special assignments for clients across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on the energy sector. Jessica’s selected experience includes advising companies such as Trinseo, Weld North, Castleton Resources, Ultra Petroleum, Riverstone, Vista Oil & Gas, Blackstone, Black Stone Minerals, American Energy Partners, Vanguard Natural Resources, Petrobras and Robbins & Myers.
Prior to joining Centerview in 2017, Jessica was a Director in Citigroup’s Global Energy group in Houston and London.
Jessica graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
