Matthew C. Walsh

Matt Walsh is a Partner at Centerview and has served as the firm’s General Counsel since 2013.

Prior to joining Centerview, Mr. Walsh was in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Mr. Walsh holds a J.D. from Fordham Law School (summa cum laude), and a B.A. in Classics from the College of the Holy Cross (magna cum laude), where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
