Bojana Petrinovic

Bojana Petrinovic is an experienced professional currently serving as the EU Lead for the Microsoft Human Intelligence Team and Fraud Operation Regional Lead at Centific since June 2022. Prior to this role, Bojana was a Dispute Control Supervisor at ThePayPortal, where responsibilities included developing fraud mitigation systems and designing chargeback processes. Bojana also held the position of Credit Risk Analyst at Air Serbia, overseeing chargebacks and fraud cases, and worked at Piraeus Bank AD Beograd in various capacities within the Cards department. Early career experiences include market research and roles in sports commentary and public relations. Bojana holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Applied Science Megatrend Graduated School of Business Studies in Belgrade, Serbia.
