Previously, Dr. Steder held positions as a Senior Operational Project Specialist and Operational Project Specialist, focusing on the execution of complex pharma projects and facilitating cross-functional team support. Prior to the pharma sector, Dr. Steder operated as a Digital Project Manager and Web Developer, delivering web and e-commerce solutions to clients. Dr. Steder's academic background includes a PhD in Molecular Biology and a Diplom in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Universität Rostock, along with research experience in cancer biology, specifically malignant melanoma metastasis.
