Maurits Hes

Maurits Hes is currently the Teamhoofd Vastgoed Bestuurlijk at Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA), responsible for overseeing the team involved in inventorying potential locations, managing governmental contacts, and handling real estate acquisitions for asylum seeker centers. As the owner and director of Hes Legal & Management Services HLMS since 2014, Maurits provides interim and project-based legal advisory services primarily related to real estate. Previous roles include jurist and advisor in real estate law at various firms, such as Dirkzwager, Van Doorne, and Schaap Advocaten Notarissen. With extensive experience in civil law notary roles at VAD Notarissen and earlier positions at AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen and Wouters Advocaten & Notarissen, Maurits has specialized in real estate transactions and due diligence. Maurits holds a master’s degree in Notarial Law from Leiden University.
