Erika Lamb

Erika Lamb, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erika began their career in 2012 as an ARMHS/Adult Targeted Case Manager/CTSS at Human Development Center. In 2013, they transitioned to Mental Health Resources Inc. as a Care Coordinator. In 2015, Erika joined Lake Superior Community Health Center as a Health Care Home Program Coordinator, where they conducted screenings, developed care plans, and initiated interventions. During the same year, they also worked at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud as an Administrative and Health Services Manager, overseeing personnel files, managing applications, and coordinating with various providers. Erika later joined CentraCare in 2017 as a Project Coordinator and subsequently held roles such as Supervisor, Transformation Manager, and Senior Director, Clinical Partner Resource Office. Notably, in these positions, they contributed to performance improvement, managed operations, and facilitated organizational transformation. Erika Lamb, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership and Organizational Health from the University of Saint Mary from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Applied Science degree in Health Education and Community from the University of Minnesota Duluth, which they earned from 2006 to 2010.
