Gini Pilles

Gini Pilles has worked at CentraCare and Foley Nursing Home. At CentraCare, they started as the Site Manager in May 2015 and later became the Innovation Manager in September 2018. Currently, Gini holds the position of Director of Team Based Care at CentraCare since July 2021. Prior to their work at CentraCare, they served as the Home Care Director at Foley Nursing Home from January 2013 to May 2015.

Gini Pilles earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Leadership from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Gini is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership from St. Cloud State University. In addition, they obtained a certification in Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020.
