Kathy Parsons

VP, Population Health at CentraCare

Parsons joined CentraCare in 1988 handling payor contracting and relations. She later assumed responsibility for the revenue cycle functions and population health strategies. Parsons is executive director for the Central Minnesota Health Network, a 13-partner clinically integrated network, and executive director of the Central Minnesota ACO.

Parsons received her BA and MHA degrees from the University of Michigan and an MBA from St. Cloud State University. Her community involvement includes the Community Mental Health Steering Committee, Central Minnesota Community Health Improvement Project, Stearns County Public Health Task Force and the Investment Committee of the Sisters of the Order of St. Benedict.
