John Grdina Mpa

John Grdina MPA, PMP, CSM is an experienced professional in customer success and managed services, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at CenTrak since December 2021, after holding roles including Manager of Managed Services and Senior Solutions Manager. Prior to this, John Grdina was the Director of Managed Services at Infinite Leap from April 2016 to December 2021, and held various positions at Wake Forest Baptist Health, including Site Director and Program Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at ISN Corporation as Program Manager and Project Manager, as well as Project Coordinator/Data Manager at the Cook County Bureau of Health Services Institutional Review Board. John Grdina began a career in public health with a student internship at the City of Chicago Department of Public Health in 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Metropolitan Planning and Urban Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History, both from DePaul University.
