Jeff Wilson

Jeff Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jeff currently holds the position of Head, Operational Excellence and Change at Central 1, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ICBC as the Director, Claims Operations from 2018 to 2022, where they led teams through a $2B new product launch and implemented a new operating model. Jeff also served as the Head, Litigation Management and Strategy at ICBC from 2018 to 2020, leading the transformation of Claims Legal Services. With Liberty Mutual Insurance, Jeff held the position of Director, Continuous Improvement and Methodology from 2014 to 2017. Jeff also served as Vice President, Director, Employee Relations at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they were a Senior Program Manager - Process Improvement Centre of Excellence at TELUS from 2007 to 2014. Additionally, Jeff has experience as the Managing Director at WorldSkills Calgary 2009 from 2003 to 2005 and as the Senior Director, Group Accounts at M3MG Marketing and Logistics from 1996 to 2002.

Jeff Wilson has a diverse education history. Jeff obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Windsor between 1993 and 1996.
