Lesley Lamb

Lesley Lamb started their work experience in 1995 with various customer services roles. They then worked at Open Solutions as a Quality Assurance Coordinator from 2000 to 2002, as a Consultant from 2003 to 2005, and as a Senior Solutions Consultant from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Lesley worked as a Consultant (Self-Employed) at Celero Solutions. They then joined Temenos as a Senior Business Consultant from 2011 to 2012. Lesley then joined Gulf & Fraser in 2012, where they held the roles of Senior Manager, IT Solutions from 2012 to 2019 and Vice President, Digital Solutions from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Lesley is working at Central 1 as the Director, Client Delivery since 2023.

Lesley Lamb has pursued various educational programs and certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in business and leadership. In 2022, they completed a Mini-MBA: Essential Business Skills program at the UBC Sauder School of Business. Lesley also attended Irrational Labs in the same year for a Behavioral Economics Bootcamp.

In 2021, Lesley participated in the Technology Leadership Program at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Executive General Management from the UBC Sauder School of Business. Prior to this, Lesley earned a Business Management Diploma with a focus on General Business from Douglas College.

Lesley holds additional certifications that demonstrate their expertise in specific areas. In 2023, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Earlier, in 2022, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
