Héctor M. Velásquez Guillén

Héctor M. Velásquez Guillén is currently the Head of Financial Policy and Balance Sheet Management at Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica - BCIE. Héctor M. also serves as the Head of Accounting and has experience as an Asset Liability Management Analyst and Accounting and Budget Analyst. Prior to this, Héctor M. worked as a Staff at Ernst & Young. Héctor holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Certificate in Finance from The University of British Columbia.
