Jennifer Jia

Jennifer Jia is a Reliability Civil Engineer at Central Arizona Project since September 2014, focusing on the design of maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure the safety and reliability of civil assets. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Leader at Dewberry, where responsibilities encompassed flood insurance studies and hydrologic analyses from July 2008 to May 2014, and as a Project Manager at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., handling channel and levee improvements from August 2007 to July 2008. Jennifer also held a Civil Engineer position at Pacific International Engineering PLLC from May 1997 to August 2007, developing hydraulic models for various agencies. Jennifer Jia holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, obtained from 1993 to 1997.
