Sandy Robinson

Sandy Robinson is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in employee relations and HR management. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Administrator and previously as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Central Arizona Project since May 2012, Sandy has a strong track record in managing HR functions. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Manager at Arizona State Land Department, where Sandy led human resources initiatives, and HR Administrator at CiviTerra Design Build, LLC, focused on establishing HR policies for a start-up. Additionally, Sandy owned and ran WestValleyParent.com and provided HR consulting services as an Independent Contractor. With a solid educational foundation, including a BS in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources from Northern Illinois University, Sandy continually enhances professional qualifications through conferences and preparatory courses.
