Nakasha S.

Nakasha S. currently serves as the Director of Supportive Services at the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District, overseeing street outreach programmatic functions and supervising a team of five. Previously, Nakasha held the position of Fulton County Coordinated Entry Supervisor at the Gateway Center, managing assessments for those experiencing homelessness. Additional experience includes roles as a Marketing Manager at Monroe Farmers Market, Zoom Administrator at Georgia Center for Nonprofits, Market Associate at Community Farmers Markets, Administrative Coordinator at Georgia Farmers Market Association, and FoodCorps AmeriCorps Service Member. Earlier work experience includes positions at Sprouts Farmers Market, Sunglass Hut, and Uber. Nakasha obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Studies from Jacksonville State University and has pursued further education at Morehouse School of Medicine and Arizona State University.
