Matthew Pearon

Matthew Pearon is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure support and application services. Currently serving as a Server and Cloud Infrastructure Specialist at Central Bank since December 2012, Matthew has held various roles, including Application Services Technician and Desktop Support Technician, focusing on both back-end and front-end support in high-demand banking environments. Prior to Central Bank, Matthew worked as an IT Specialist at Community Bank of the Ozarks, where responsibilities included server maintenance, network analysis, and employee education. Additional experience includes managing a café at Hastings Entertainment and assembly work at C&S Manufacturing. Matthew's career began in customer service roles, including as a Barista and Service Technician. Matthew holds a High School Diploma from LWCA.
