Shannon Thomason

Shannon Thomason, CRCM, CERP, serves as the Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Central Bank, a position held since March 2012, with previous roles including Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Compliance. Thomason is responsible for ensuring adherence to banking laws and regulations through the implementation of new regulations, monitoring existing procedures, and training staff. Prior to Central Bank, Thomason held the position of Compliance Officer at Great Southern Bank from November 2001 to February 2012, and served as Director of Operating Systems at John Q. Hammons Hotels from August 1999 to July 2001. Early career experience includes working in business development at Boatmen's Bank from 1993 to 1998. Thomason holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Missouri State University, completed in 1995.
