Rami Aboul Naga

Rami Aboul Naga currently serves as the Deputy Governor for monetary stability at the Central Bank of Egypt, a position held since April 2005. Rami has extensive experience in various roles, including Sub Governor overseeing markets sector activities such as treasury, reserves management, and monetary policy implementation. Previous positions include Assistant Sub Governor and Treasurer and Head of Reserves Management, focusing on managing foreign reserves and exploring investment opportunities. Rami's early career includes trading roles at CIB Egypt, where responsibilities encompassed managing portfolios and liquidity. In addition to practical experience, Rami holds a Master's degree in Finance from Cass Business School and an Executive Leadership program certification from Harvard Business School. Rami also contributed to academia as a part-time professor of International Finance at Misr International University.
