Sveinn Eythorsson

Sveinn Eythorsson is a seasoned Information Technology Specialist with extensive experience in the financial and educational sectors. Currently serving at the Central Bank of Iceland since January 2020, Sveinn has a diverse background that includes ownership of the School Archive, where an online information system for Music Schools was developed from January 2008 to January 2023. Previous roles include Information Technology Specialist at the Icelandic Financial Supervisory Authority and Developer IT at Arion Bank, contributing to projects such as the Delta team and services developed in WCF and Microsoft. With foundational programming experience at Kögun and Reiknistofa bankanna, Sveinn holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Skövde and a degree as a Music professor in classical guitar from Conservatori Isaac Albeniz.
