Stephen Tyrrell

Stephen Tyrrell's work experience begins with their role as a CRM Developer at Ergo, where they provided support for customers and Ergo's MS Dynamics CRM software. Stephen then transitioned to a role in Ergo's Professional Services practice, where they developed custom CRM components using Javascript and C#, as well as installing and deploying CRM solutions. In 2018, they joined Version 1 as a CRM Consultant. Most recently, Stephen has been working at the Central Bank of Ireland, first as a Software Developer and currently as a Lead Software Developer.

Stephen Tyrrell completed their education at the National College of Ireland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from 2013 to 2017. Before attending college, they graduated from Ardscoil Ris Dublin with a Leaving Certificate from 2008 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Stephen also holds various certifications. Stephen obtained the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification from Microsoft in May 2020. Prior to that, they obtained the MB-600 Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect certification in March 2020. In December 2019, they acquired the MB-400 Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer certification and the Microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate certification. Stephen also obtained the MB-200 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core certification and the MB-230 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service certification in March 2019. In December 2016, they completed the Scribe Adapter for Dynamics CRM and Scribe Server Training programs offered by Scribe Software. Additionally, they obtained the ClickDimensions Certification from ClickDimensions in October 2016.
