Ibtisam Omar

Ibtisam Ba Omar is an experienced finance and compliance professional currently serving as an Associate Compliance Analyst at the Central Bank of Oman since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ibtisam worked as a Tax Inspector at the Tax Authority of Oman from November 2020 to December 2022, and as a Financial Analyst Intern at Omantel for a brief period in 2020. Ibtisam also gained valuable experience as an Investment Analyst Intern at the Oman Investment Authority in the summer of 2018. Educationally, Ibtisam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Sultan Qaboos University, completed in 2020.
