Anar Garagurbanlı

Anar Garagurbanlı is currently a Lecturer at Azerbaijan Technical University in the Information Technologies Management (MBA) program. Prior to this role, Anar held positions at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where Anar served as the Head of IT Infrastructure Provisioning Division and Senior System Administrator. Anar has extensive experience in implementing various IT systems and technologies, specializing in Linux automation, virtualization, network security, and database management. Additionally, Anar has a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
