Tammy Poole

Tammy Poole has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tammy worked at Central Behavioral Health from 2004 to the present, starting as a Recovery Coach/Assistant Recovery Coach Supervisor, where they supported adults with severe mental illness and created goal plans for their recovery. Tammy then became the HR & Facilities Supervisor, responsible for benefits coordination, employee troubleshooting, and managing FMLA requests. Tammy is currently the HR Director at the same company. Prior to that, Tammy worked at Independence Blue Cross as an Enrollment Specialist, inputting insurance enrollments and clarifying information with applicants. Tammy also worked at Friendly Ice Cream Corporation as a Supervisor, focusing on customer service and conflict resolution.

Tammy Poole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Arcadia University between 1998 and 2002. Tammy later pursued further education at Strayer University, where they obtained an MBA in Human Resources from 2007 to 2009.
