Jessica Jennings

Jessica Jennings is an experienced professional in employee development and talent acquisition, currently serving as an Employee Development Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Central Bethany since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Buffalo Wild Wings from December 2015 to July 2023 as a Server/Bartender and gained human resources experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Northwest Extremity Specialists from February 2020 to December 2021. In the latter position, Jessica led monthly employee meetings for 12 clinics, assisted with bi-weekly payroll, guided employees on company policies and procedures, and performed recruiting and onboarding. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Management & Leadership from Portland State University, along with additional educational experiences from Human Resources Webinars and Portland Community College.
