Heather Perko

Heather Perko, PMP, serves as the Enterprise PMO Program Manager at Central California Alliance for Health since November 2014, providing expert-level program management for complex cross-functional initiatives, with extensive knowledge of the Medi-Cal Managed Care Organization structure and processes. Previously held the position of Project Manager II, where responsibilities included managing medium to high complexity projects and conducting business, technical, and financial analyses. Prior experience includes serving as the New Product Introduction Project Manager at Oxford Instruments, overseeing projects through the stage gate process, and working as Program Manager/Business Manager at Genesis Creative Group, where Heather managed training seminars, incentive trips, and sales meetings, as well as led logistical planning and client communications.
