Drew Grabham

Drew Grabham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Currently, Drew serves as the Director of Outreach Services at Central City Concern, where they focus on providing street outreach supports for individuals experiencing homelessness and advocating for system changes. Prior to this, Drew was a Board Member at Portland Street Medicine, a volunteer-based non-profit organization that offers street medicine to those living on the streets in the Portland area.

Prior to their current roles, Drew worked at Oregon Health & Science University, where they held various positions such as Supervisor/Manager for Inpatient Adult Social Work and Transitional Care, Outreach Social Worker, and Social Worker in the Adult Inpatient Medicine department. During their time at Oregon Health & Science University, Drew played a key role in developing and implementing a new Emergency Department social services intervention and provided outreach care coordination to vulnerable populations.

Before joining Oregon Health & Science University, Drew gained valuable experience at Multnomah County Mental Health Crisis Line as an Acute Care Coordinator, where they performed telephone triage for a psychiatric emergency call center and provided support for mental health services in Multnomah County.

Additionally, Drew worked as a Clinical Coordinator at Bartlett Regional Hospital and as a Social Worker at both Bartlett Regional Hospital Mental Health Unit and Juneau Alliance for Mental Health Incorporated (JAMHI). They also had student intern roles at Alaska Psychiatric Institute and Veterans Administration early in their career.

Drew Grabham obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Colorado College from 1993 to 1997. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2003, Drew pursued a Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Alaska Anchorage. As for additional certifications, Drew obtained Alaska LMSW Licensure in 2004, followed by Alaska LCSW Licensure in 2006, and Oregon LCSW in 2009.
