Jake Mendenhall has extensive experience in the social work field, specializing in client experience management and quality improvement. Jake has worked at Central City Concern in various roles, focusing on connecting client experiences to organizational decision-making. Additionally, Jake has experience as a Career Coach and Employment Specialist II/Team Lead. Jake has also provided case management to children in foster care and newly arrived refugees. Jake holds a Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Abilene Christian University.
