Andrea Farwell has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Andrea began their career in 1997 as a Recruitment Consultant at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, where they worked for a year before transitioning into the role of Compensation & Benefits Consultant from 1998 to 2001.
In 2001, Andrea joined the Central Community Care Access Centre as an HR Coordinator and worked in this role until 2004. Andrea then took on various roles within the same company, starting as an Information Specialist from 2005 to 2011, followed by an Employee Relations Consultant from 2011 to 2013.
Andrea'sexpertise and experience in HR led their to the position of Senior Manager Human Resources from 2013 to 2015, before being promoted to the role of Director Human Resources, where they currently work.
Andrea Farwell attended Sheridan College from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained a Post Degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they attended the University of Guelph from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. The field of study for their BSc degree is not specified.
