Skender Qelaj

Skender Qelaj is an Executive Officer at the Central Election Commission of Republic of Kosovo, overseeing Municipal Election Commissions. Prior to this, Skender worked as a Logistic officer in the Count and Results Centre. Skender also has experience as a teacher at the Department of Education and as a Chemical Engineer at Chemical Rubber Industry" BALLKAN". Skender holds a Master of Science in Food Engineering and has a background in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Technology.
