Mark Newbold

Mark Newbold has over three decades of experience in various administrative and safety roles, primarily with Central Electric Power Cooperative since March 1991, where Mark has served as Vice President of Administrative Services, Manager of Administrative Services, and Environmental and Safety Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Vehicle Mechanic in the Missouri National Guard and as a Loss Control Professional with the Missouri Intergovernmental Risk Management Association. Mark's military background includes serving as a Cavalry Scout in the US Army. Mark holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Finance from William Woods University, an MS in Safety Management, and a BS in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Central Missouri. Additionally, Mark became a Certified Bourbon Professional through The Council of Whiskey Masters in 2022.
